For Patients:

Your prescriptions will continue to arrive as scheduled, and the same experienced pharmacy team will continue to support you.

There are just a few small changes we want you to be aware of:

Your prescription will now have a CVS Pharmacy® label

When you call, you’ll hear “Thank you for calling CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services”

For Providers:

You can continue to send us referrals the same way you did previously, and the same experienced team will be supporting you and your patients. We are also proactively notifying your affected patients of this change.
