The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis.

It gives Crohn’s patients access to their Crohn’s Patient Advocate Program which will provide them or their loved one with one-on-one education and free support. Crohn’s Forum

Crohn’s Forum is a support group and forum for people who are personally affected or who know someone who is affected by Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and other IBDs.
